This is a 100ml pack of X-Seal Acrylic-120C and catalyst. It includes a set of accessories to mix and apply it, including a sprayer.
The trigger spray doubles as a means to dose small quantities as well as being able to spray the whole contents of the sealant. It may also be mixed in small quantities and drip fed or injected.
Coverage: 3 - 4m³ /litre– dependent on structural substrate density.
M1 Using the graduated measuring cup. Example: pour 10ml of impregnant into a mixing cup with 1ml (30 drops) of catalyst BDP-10. Gel time: 2 to 3 minutes.
M2 Attach the trigger spray to the sealant bottle. Prime the pump and to each full squirt of impregnant add 2 to 3 drops of catalyst, swirl and apply. Gel time: 3 to 4 minutes.
M3 Pour total contents of catalyst into the sealant bottle, shake and spray immediately. At best, it takes a minimum of one minute of continuous pumping to discharge the total contents of the bottle, so speed is of the essence.
